We sail rain or shine. We can not and do not guarantee any schedule but our own. We will cruise under the USCG and the strictly enforced Safety Zone Map. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable less than 72 hours prior to the cruise.  Please refer to our cancellation policies.


MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING ARE REQUIRED DURING THE BOARDING AND EXITING PROCESS.  WE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING WHILE MOVING ABOUT THE VESSEL AND WHEN YOU DEEM NECESSARY.

Dancing is not allowed due to strict NYS Covid-19 related Social Distancing guidelines.

Parties larger than 10 passengers are encouraged to call our reservation team to discuss the Covid-19 restrictions from New York State and the CDC.

The ticket office opens one (1) hour prior to cruise times and boarding begins 15 minutes prior to departure. Masks are required for boarding, disembarking and during general movement around the vessel.

Prices, schedules and routes are subject to change without notice. We cruise under strict guidelines of the USCG and routes are subject to change based on commercial vessel traffic or for any reason deemed necessary by the Captain.

Due to STRICT Health Inspections and NYS Permits all food and beverage must be obtained from Buffalo Harbor Cruises and All Occasions Catering.
