2022 COVID-19 SAFETY POLICIES & PROCEDURES

To our passengers,

The Buffalo Harbor Cruises family welcomes you all back to cruising the waterways of Buffalo for the 2022 season. Over the past two seasons, the world was forever changed by the unprecedented Covid-19 pandemic.  The affect that it has had on families, communities and businesses has forever changed all of us and we are no exception.  While we begin to navigate a path back to normalcy, we want you to know that our number one priority is and always was the safety of our passengers and crew.  We will do everything in our power to provide safe, informational and fun cruises on our beautiful Buffalo River, Harbor and Lake Erie.

We ask for your cooperation and that you work with us by following current policies and procedures while on the dock and on board a cruise.  We currently are working to update our policies and procedures below and thank you for your patience.  In the meantime, if you have any questions, please reach out to our office.  Remember, we are all in this together!  We can’t wait to provide you with memories aboard Miss Buffalo II as we have for 50 years!

Welcome aboard!

Ryan Hayhurst

The Passenger Vessel Association has also provided us, as members, guidance and directives to efficiently and effectively open with all necessary safety procedures in place. Please note that the guidelines outlined may be changed at any time by the aforementioned governing authorities and we will adjust our plan accordingly. For any major changes, our previously booked guests will be notified immediately. {June 2021}

February 10, 2022:  Governor Hochul announced that the statewide indoor business mask-or-vaccine requirement will be lifted and will remain optional for businesses, local governments and counties to enforce.

Buffalo Harbor Cruises:  We will not require vaccination status or mask wearing for our passengers.  You certainly can continue to mask up and socially distance.  If you require, we have individual plexiglass barriers for your continued comfort.  Policies and procedures are subject to change and will be updated as necessary.
